To even make this place better, they always will give you a chocolate covered strawberry with every meal!! One thing that I love to order is there chicken salad sandwich. Sorry that there wasn’t any post this past week, I was unable to get out of my house. If there is any place that you as my viewer think I should check out, then please feel free to email me. If you are looking for a hole in the wall restaurant then I have one for you. When I was little I would go skating at the skating rink in Hendersonville. Then after I got older the shop closed down and had been empty for awhile. It just so happens that this hole in the wall is in the old skate center in Hendersonville, TN. This restaurant is called Blossom, and it is Thai Food. When you walk in your breath is taken away by how beautiful the place is. Their food was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend going, but go during the week, because the weekends are popping!
One reason I love Mom & Pop places, is because of the food they serve. It taste like food that comes straight from my moms kitchen. If you ever find yourself in Tennessee, then you need to go to Goodlettsville, TN and try out Liz’z Kitchen. It is a very southern style food restaurant. It is also known as a meat and 3. Something even more special about this place is that the owners are married and they cook all of the food themselves! Next time you are passing through Goodlettsville, then you need to make time to go to Liz’s Kitchen. If you want direction to this places then click here.
Everyone loves a good homestyle country breakfast. My go to place is called The Red Rooster. It is located in Hendersonville, TN. Today, when I went with my family to go eat lunch, I got the grilled chicken salad. It was very fresh, with all kinds of veggies. One of the main things they serve is their “Home Fries.” It is essentially french fries, but they are just cut differently. Also, they severe an amazing club sandwich, along with some potato salad. Last but not least, dessert. We can not forget dessert, they have some of the best homemade pies. Make sure when you go, you get a slice of pecan pie. Make sure you visit their website to see the full menu!
One main thing I look for when I go to these Mom and Pop places, is the service. When you go into a new restaurant like this for the first time, you are able to feel the “homey” feel it lets off. The staff talks to you like you are are old friends that are just catching up. Let me be the first to tell you, you are missing out if you do not go and have a sit down breakfast here.

I don’t know about y’all, but coffee is my addiction! I have found this cute little place in Hendersonville, TN and this place is called Kavé. The staff at this small little coffee place, is just so welcoming. This place has many different choices for not only coffee but also smoothies! Today I got a coffee called “The Renay,” and it was to die for. Also, I took a sweet little pup with me and she even got a treat! I will post the hours down below, and even a special discount for Friday and Saturdays! I will tag Kavé on the side of my blog so y’all can click it and it will take you directly to their google sight to be able to get directions. Enjoy this last day of January, because tomorrow, we are on to another month!
